Shipping Policy
At Security and Self Defence, we want to make sure your order reaches you as smoothly as possible. Once your order is prepared, local delivery usually takes 1 to 2 business days, and outside the Gauteng orders can take up to 3-4 business days.
Shipping Options
We offer the following shipping choices:
- Standard Shipping: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours, If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages for faster delivery.
- Discounts & Free Shipping: New customers receive 50% off their first order, and free shipping is available for orders over R5,000. Any available discounts will automatically be applied at checkout.
Taxes & Duties
For international orders, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply.

Note: For credit and debit card payments, we will charge your card when your order is shipped. If you have a PayPal dispute before shipment, your order may be delayed until the dispute is resolved.
Address Changes
If you realize there’s a mistake with your delivery address, please email us at sales@securityandselfdefence.co.za within one hour of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to make changes, and delivery to the wrong address could occur.
